As-Sabeel Academy is an independent non-profit corporation (EIN#26-4425295) governed by a Board of Directors, whose goal it is to ensure effective, strategic, and committed leadership enabling As-Sabeel Academy to accomplish its mission and pursue its stated vision.
The Board recruits new employees, establishes general policy, oversees long-range financial goals, and provides continuity and direction for the school. The Headmaster is in charge of academic functions such as setting school curricula, organizing teacher professional development, and enforcing school policy set by the Board.
