Enrollment Process
Applying to As-Sabeel Academy
Thank you for your interest in As-Sabeel Academy! The enrollment process begins in January each year and is first opened to current families, and then opened to the entire community a few weeks thereafter.
Important Enrollment Criteria
Students entering K4 must be 4 years old by December 1st of the year they begin attending.
As-Sabeel does not provide special education services and can only serve those students whose needs can be met with accommodations that are within the scope of a normal classroom setting.
As-Sabeel Academy of Greenville admits students of any race, color, national, and/or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at As-Sabeel Academy.

Step #1:
Learn about As-Sabeel Academy
If you are new to As-Sabeel Academy, we would love to meet you in person, give you a tour of our school, and answer your questions. Please call us at 864-647-7456 or email us at information@sabeelacademy.com to schedule a visit.
Step #2:
As-Sabeel Academy accepts online enrollment forms. A non-refundable registration fee ($150 per family before May 1st , $250 per family from May 1st onwards) is required. This fee is paid electronically as the last step in completing the registration form online.
Please note that enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is important for parents to register their child(ren) early to ensure their place at As-Sabeel Academy. Our maximum class size is 20 students. Once a class is full, a waiting list is established.

Step #3:
Request Financial Aid (if applicable)
As-Sabeel Academy offers financial aid to qualifying families. If you require financial aid, please request a financial aid application by calling us at 864-647-7456 or emailing us at information@sabeelacademy.com. Financial aid forms and supporting documents are due by May 1st each year. Financial aid will be awarded in June each year.
Step #4:
Complete Necessary Forms
During the summer, you will receive our “summer packet,” which includes all the required forms that must be submitted. Copies of immunization record, birth certificate, and social security card are also required. These forms and documents will be turned in at our Back to School Night, the evening before the first day of school.
Step #5:
Attend Back to School Night
Learn about the upcoming school year, meet teachers, visit classrooms and see classmates at Back to School Night. Information about Back to School Night is provided to enrolled families. Parents who attend should bring completed summer packet forms as well as copies of the child’s immunization record, birth certificate, and social security card.
