Islam is a faith of action and we need to demonstrate our faith by working to make the world a better place.

As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “The best of mankind are those who benefit others the most.” [al-Tabarani]

There are many ways for people to get involved and contribute to the success of As-Sabeel Academy.  It is only through the contributions of your time, effort, and money that As-Sabeel Academy is able to fulfill its goals in educating the next generation.

Opportunities to volunteer your time include:

• Getting involved with the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO)
• Signing up to be a substitute teacher on an as-needed basis
• Helping our School Board by volunteering your skills in web design, marketing, grant writing, fundraising, etc.

Opportunities to donate to the school include:

• Donating “Sadaqah Jariyah” (Continuous Charity) to help us pay our operating costs and to earn the reward for everything beneficial our current and future students learn in our school and practice for the rest of their lives
• Donating your Zakat into our Zakat Sponsorship Program to help families in need pay their tuition
• Supporting our capital cost projects that will provide our school with future facilities
• Buying and bringing in an item on our school’s Wishlist
• Collecting and contributing Boxtops from your household groceries
